Smooth Sailing Decaf

Indulge in the smooth, rich flavors of our Smooth Sailing (Mom’s Choice) coffee. Our Columbian E.A. (ethyl acetate) decaf offerings are special in more ways than one: First, they are cupped specifically for their quality and sourced by single-origina, either region or farm.

We call them Decaf De Cana because they are custom decaffeinated in Columbia, using a special, natural process that utilizes a solvent of ethyl acetate, which can be derived from fermented sugar. The result is a clean, sweet balanced cup that is naturally decaffeinated (97%).
This Columbian has everything you’d expect: its bright, creamy, and well balanced with a rich body.
Look for notes of red apple, brown sugar and cinnamon.
